While not quite sure how to describe myself in an “about” page without sounding and feeling completely self serving I will give it a try since if anyone actually got to this page they probably were wondering who is this person writing this stuff. So here it goes.

Believer

First, I am a Christian, and have a great desire to be genuine about my relationship with Jesus and not just talk about it. I believe he loved me so much that he came and died for me, and for that I am forever in debt, and grateful.

Husband

I am also a husband to my Anna. She is my heart and has more passion than I could ever dream. She is the most caring person I know and I admire her very much. She is the rocket fuel in our family that pushes us past the bounds of comfort. I met her freshman year in college. Tried for 4 years to date her, she finally gave in and I asked her to marry me after 6 months. We have been married since 2003 and still go on a date every week.

Father

I am a father to 4 kids, and I try to be with them as much as possible. I pray that the I can follow the command in the Bible to teach the word of God daily like it says in Dueteronomy:

And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.  You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

ENTREPRENEUR

I am  Co-Founder of MountainSeed a niche provider of appraisal management services to banks.  I founded MountainSeed with my college roommate and best friend David Green. At MountainSeed I am able to be creative and help our people maximize their potential while meeting our clients needs. It is everything I could dream for.

Community VOlunteer

I am passionate about working with those locally and globally who the need help. Currently I work with ministries in and around foster care and adoption and the general well being of children.
